You can set the reminders for the orders, Business contacts will receive the reminder notification after a defined interval.
How Do I Get There?
Log in to your “CloudBlue” Account using your credentials.
You will be redirected to your Dashboard
How Do I Set the Order Reminder?
- As you’re in the CloudBlue portal. Click on the Configuration.
- As you are at the Configuration page, click on the Notification Template option from the left hand menu.
- Now click on the Email – Gear icon at the Notification template page.
- You will see the various option here. Click on the Cart icon for setting the reminder.
- You will see the pop – up window, check the boxes and click on the Save button.
- As you will save the information, Business contact will get the notification in the defined interval.
