This document will give you the insight on the use of the CloudBlue Organization dashboard, to view/modify changes as required.
How Do I Get There?
Navigate to https://cb.xx.cloud.im & enter your Login ID and Password (* XX - Your country code, ex. CO - Columbia, SA - Saudi Arabia, etc.)
Then click on Login button.
Once logged-in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard:
How Do I navigate?
For an easy understanding, we have broken the sections into 3 parts as listed below:

Part 1 - Orders & Subscription Dashboard
Under Orders & Subscriptions, click on 'Place orders & enjoy the services' to navigate to Marketplace.
Pending Orders - Click here to check the status of pending orders:
Usage Reports - Click here to get the license/subscription usage report:
Activities - Click here to get a list of recent activities:
Part 2 - Contact Us
Submit a case - You will be redirected to a knowledge base page where you can submit a new request:
Knowledge base - You will be redirected to Ingram Knowledge Base:
